Travel and rush fees, when applicable, are quoted before your appointment.

Refunds & cancellations

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or trips where a signer is unavailable or lacks valid ID, are subject to a travel fee.
